Perform explosive arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting any Olympic-size bar into the 12″ pivoting sleeve at the units base. A 4″ sleeve holds any standard 1″ bar. Attach the deluxe core plate handle (sold seperately) and 7ft bar (sold separately) to the core plate to target your abs and external obliques in your workout.
