Easily adjust the resistance of the water rower by adding water to the tank or by taking water out of the tank using the included pump. Water resistance rowers are preferred by many because the resistance produced by the water naturally increases the faster / harder you row!

Use the LCD monitor to keep track of your time, calories, strokes, and more. The included pulse monitor allows you to keep track of your heart rate, which is essential for all the CrossFit / HIIT exercisers.

The Marcy Pro Water Resistance Rower has a high-density foam seat that is ergonomically molded to provide comfort during long workouts. The firm handle provides excellent grip to ensure it does not slip during use. And, the large pedals with loops ensure your feet do not slip.
