How to weight this Sled
This Sled is designed with a 1inch weight pole. Standard weights fit a 1inch bar and are the most common and economical size.
Olympic weights fit long 2inch Olympic bars.
If you have standard weights, or are buying the weights to load the Sled buy this model as standard weights are cheaper than Olympic plates.
If you already have Olympic plates the Flat Base Sled is for you.
