Bring the crucial parts of a membership gym to the comfort of your home with the All-in-One Home Gym Deluxe Functional Trainer with Weight Stack - SM-6900. The SM-6900 by SteelBody has a smith machine, cable system and power rack all-in-one.
The Cable system includes adjustable independent pulleys with handles. Easily adjust the pulleys to 43 different heights to do cable exercises ranging from cable crossovers to seated rows. The cable system is powered by the included 150 lb weight stacks (with 150lbs on each side of the machine) to ensure the SM-6900 can deliver a heavy duty workout.
The rest of the home gym includes a smith machine, allowing you to do smith machine squats and much more. The front of the unit acts as a power rack that includes regular catches and safety catches to do free weight exercises. In addition, the cage also has a multi-grip pull-up bar. The safety catches and smith machine bar have a maximum weight of 300lbs.
The SM-6900 All-in-One Home Gym has several attachments including a Lat Bar, Triceps Rope, Bar Pad, Landmine, and much more. The left side of the unit has a foot plate for use with the adjustable pulley. There are storage hooks for the included attachments, two barbell holders, and 4 storage posts for weight plates (free bar and weight plates for the smith bar sold separately.) Construction
The All-in-One Home Gym Deluxe Functional Trainer with Weight Stack - SM-6900 has a sturdy construction with oversized 14 -gauge square tubing. The steel frame is powder-coated to ensure the metal is protected for as long as possible. And, the included stack weight plates are made of durable cast iron.
Accessories Included
Included with the SM-6900 are a lat bar, short bar, V-bar, V-row handle, Triceps Rope, ankle strap, landmine, bar pad, and a pair of adjustable handles for use with the adjustable pulleys.
Independent Pulleys
The SM-6900 Deluxe Functional Trainer has two adjustable independent pulleys with resistance from the steel braided cable system connected to the stack weight plates. Easily adjust the pulleys to 43 different heights to do a variety of exercises from lat pulldowns to lower cable pulley curls.
Smith Cage
The cage portion of the SM-6900 All-in-One Gym includes a smith machine bar that can handle up to 300lbs. The front of the cage can be used as a power rack with the included bar catches and safety catches. A multi-grip pullup bar sits at the top of the cage while a footplate for use with the pulley sits at the bottom of one side of the cage.
