What is the difference between the and the F600? 

The F600 features BIANGULAR Training Arms! What does that mean? The main training arm for Chest Press, Incline Press, and Shoulder Press converges in 2 different angles (Biangular), so you get a PRESS and a SQUEEZE in the same motion! (See photo)

Also, it features a SEATED Leg Curl (both legs at same time), as opposed to a Standing Single Leg Curl (one leg at a time) like on the F500.
